Start with a 14-day free trial that includes every feature — no payment details needed. Each payment covers 30 days; nothing is charged automatically.
What happens after the trial?
Choose a plan and pay for 30 days by M-Pesa or card through Paystack. If you don't, your data stays safe and viewable, but you can't make changes until you renew.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay for one period at a time. If a payment is late there's a short grace period before the account becomes read-only.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Export your products, stock movements and reports to CSV whenever you like.
Does ShelfWise take payments from my customers?
No. ShelfWise records your sales and how they were paid. It doesn't process or verify your customers' M-Pesa payments.
Do I need special hardware for the point of sale?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and a receipt printer work if you have them; the phone camera can scan barcodes too.
Does the accounting file my taxes or connect to KRA eTIMS?
No. It keeps your expenses, profit and debts in order and exports a journal for your accountant. It doesn't file returns or submit invoices to KRA.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Change plan from Settings → Billing whenever you need accounting or more branches; your records stay as they are.
